At a glance
This micro DWS is a compact, low profile contact that provides intrusion detection for residential and small businesses applications and is an extension of our product portfolio “talking” LoNa with the ZeroWire and xGen eco-systems.
This sensor comes with both white and brown covers and can easily be installed on doors, windows, cabinets or other items that can be opened and closed.
It’s front cover tamper detects unauthorized access to the inside of the sensors, while the back tamper functionality checks whether the sensors has been removed from its mounting service.
The sensor can be mounted with double-sided tape or you can also use the back tamper plate and mount the device which screws in case it is the preferred way of installation.
The device also contains a replaceable lithium battery that lasts up to five years under normal usage.
